At Haven of Hope Eating Disorder Care Center, we are expanding our continuum of care to better support clients at every stage of recovery. In addition to our residential eating disorder treatment program in Tennessee, we will soon offer:

These programs are designed to provide structured, supportive care for individuals seeking eating disorder treatment in Tennessee while gradually reintegrating into daily life.

About Our Outpatient Programs

Our outpatient eating disorder programs in Tennessee are rooted in the same core philosophy that defines Haven of Hope: deeply individualized, trauma-informed, and relational care.

As clients step down from residential treatment—or enter care at a lower level—our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offer the clinical support, structure, and community needed to continue meaningful healing.

We specialize in treating adult women and female-identifying individuals with eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and OSFED, as well as co-occurring trauma, attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, and personality adaptations.

Our PHP and IOP programs are ideal for individuals who:

*Are seeking structured eating disorder treatment without 24/7 residential care
*Are stepping down from a residential eating disorder program
*Need continued support with meals, therapy, and recovery accountability
*Want to engage in eating disorder recovery while participating in work, school, or daily life

Each client’s needs are unique, and our team helps determine the most appropriate level of care.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Coming Soon – Spring 2026

Our Partial Hospitalization Program in Tennessee offers a full-day, structured treatment experience for individuals who need a high level of support without overnight care.

PHP includes:

  • Daily structured programming
  • Individual and group therapy
  • Nutrition therapy and supported meals
  • Psychiatric and medical support
  • Trauma-informed and experiential therapies

This level of care serves as a bridge between residential treatment and outpatient recovery.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Coming Soon – Spring 2026

Our Intensive Outpatient Program in Tennessee provides flexible, part-day treatment for individuals who are ready to take on more independence while maintaining strong clinical support.

IOP includes:

  • Several days per week of structured programming
  • Group and individual therapy
  • Ongoing nutrition support
  • Continued connection to a therapeutic recovery community

This level of care supports real-life integration while maintaining accountability in recovery.

Transitional Housing

Coming Soon – Spring 2026

Our Transitional Housing in Tennessee offers a supportive living environment for clients participating in PHP or IOP who are not yet ready to return home.

This option allows clients to:

  • Practice recovery skills in a real-world setting
  • Stay connected to eating disorder treatment programming
  • Build independence with structure and support
